We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant & Workspace Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

- Fulfilling orders and managing inventory to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Answering incoming calls and responding to emails promptly and professionally.
- Coordinating and managing the workspace, including organizing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a comfortable environment for all employees.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
- Must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
