This role will Coordinates the definition of business and functional requirements and provides specialist support for projects and operations, gathers information, documents and analyses business needs and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes. Liaises with stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the organisation, and to recommend solutions that enable the organisation to achieve its goals while leading, supervising and managing other team members. See yourself in our team The Procurement Technology team provide end-to-end IT support for the Group Procurement business (including Business Solutions, Architecture, Project Delivery, Service Management and Service Operations). The key focus of the team is to support the implementation of the Simpler Safer Sourcing programme which will deliver a significant uplift in the buying experiences for all end users through the implementation of ServiceNow’s Procurement Service Management module. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team: Knowledge of the systems and technologies which this role will support including: ServiceNow Ability to program in JavaScript. Knowledge of markup languages like HTML and XML. Familiarity with stylesheet languages like CSS. Experience in flow designer. Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow including integration hub. Experience in ServiceNow service portal. Experience working on technology enabled projects using Software as a Service (Saas) solutions. ServiceNow code/configuration migration from one environment to another using update sets. Recognised ServiceNow certification. Functional understanding of the following application: JIRA Confluence Microsoft Teams / Sharepoint Desirable: Knowledge of ServiceNow (Procurement Service Management) Working as part of a geographically dispersed team Functional understanding of the following applications: Coupa’s Risk Assess SAP Ariba Web development tools and techniques such as .NET and AJAX. AWS fundamental knowledge.
