Reporting to the Head of IT Delivery Operations Business Solutions your main role will be to provide thorough support and occasional development for ERP solutions, with a particular focus on Jobpac. This involves a range of activities including support tasks, minor development, testing, and deployment within our IT continuous improvement group. You will be part of a dedicated team of ERP analysts tasked with supporting Jobpac across our business operations. Your role will be crucial in promoting optimal use of our ERP systems, especially Jobpac. Working closely with Finance Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), you will play a key role in applying best practices and implementing occasional customizations to enhance the system's functionality Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time Location: Parramatta, NSW or Melbourne, VIC Reporting Line: Head of IT Delivery Operations Business Solutions Key Responsibilities: Jobpac Support: Provide dedicated support for Jobpac, addressing technical issues, and ensuring system stability and user satisfaction Team Collaboration: Actively collaborate within the Jobpac support team, sharing insights and knowledge to resolve issues and enhance system performance Technical Expertise: Utilize your expertise in ERP systems, particularly Jobpac, to troubleshoot and solve complex challenges, ensuring the system's reliability and effectiveness Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing of Jobpac functionalities, maintain comprehensive documentation, and oversee the system's quality and security, ensuring its efficient operation and adherence to user need About you: Experience with ERP applications in a system support function. Experience with Jobpac or IFS is advantageous. Knowledge of financial concepts and reporting requirements. Highly competent in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio/Project, experience using Jira is desirable. Demonstratable stakeholder management skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
