Job Responsibilities : Responsibilities: • Lead marketing campaigns with game publishers, payment and retail partners, including owning the design, content and distribution of banners, e-newsletters and social media posts to promote Razer Gold • Coordinate international marketing activity with Razer Gold headquarters in Singapore • Manage Razer Gold’s Facebook page postings, Instagram and other social media destinations and any related content in Singapore. • Aid in the execution of advertising, referral programs and PR • Regular weekly management reporting of marketing calendar and activities comparing target outcomes to actual achievements • Track, compile and report key metrics and campaign results to management • Manage the delivery of end-to-end brand and marketing campaigns • Plan and initiate programs and campaigns aimed to educate users about Razer Gold – value proposition, educational how-tos around activation, reloads, game purchases, etc • Work with Razer Silver and the wider Razer Gold and Razer Inc. Marketing leads to strengthen the market positioning of Razer Gold to users • Set campaign metrics based on marketing goals and lead tracking and optimization efforts with channel marketers to ensure that campaigns deliver optimal ROI • Support product marketing leads in formulating marketing strategies and work with relevant product marketers in other teams (e.g Silver) and channel marketers to end-to-end marketing plans • Work with relevant marketing and creative teams on the creation of marketing assets and backend operations set up, and to ensure that the visual and product communications to users adhere Razer Inc.’s global design standards • Searching for community and discord groups for collaboration. • Assist in proposing effective marketing plan and strategies and ensure these strategies can achieve company sales targets. Pre-Requisites : Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Minimally 3-5 years of product marketing, marketing communications or GTM (go-to-market) marketing experience in the consumer payments, e-commerce or gaming industry Extensive experience in end-to-end marketing program and campaigns management Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent writing (in both Simplified and Traditional Chinese) and communication skills as this role has to liaise with mandarin speaking stakeholders Experience with tracking and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Content Square, and etc. Experience with Facebook, Instagram, and Google advertising (Google Search Ads, Google Display Network) Strong self-starter, excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to interact with business partners as well as management and peers Self-motivated and a passion for mobile and PC games Ability to work across time zones and cultures – teleconference calls with global teammates is required on a regular basis Well *** in digital consumer platform or e-wallet marketing trends and best practices Strong in copywriting or design experience preferred Experience in the gaming industry is an added advantage. Experience in the event management is an added advantage.
