This includes a 401(k) plan with company matching, medical coverage plans customized to suit your needs and a commitment to work/life balance through our paid time off (PTO) programs, company holidays and paid volunteer days.Up to $5,250 in tuition reimbursement per year.Paid training and all the tools and resources you'll need to be successful.View all our health, wealth and life offerings at www.safelitebenefits.com.What You’ll DoSafely operate the Forklift and Reach Truck.Safely operate the Picker to stock and pick glass inventory in the warehouse at heights of up to 40 ft.Manage, log, and stock incoming automotive glass, accessories, and supply items.May drive and deliver automotive glass, accessories, and other items from the warehouse to store locations using a DOT/ Non-DOT vehicle.Provide inventory maintenance/bin maintenance and cycle counting.Receive store returns or Distribution Center replenishment shipments.Outbound shipping functions for order fulfillment.Collaborate to maintain and evolve internal shipping and receiving processes.All other duties as assigned.What You’ll NeedMust be 18 years of age or older.Valid driver’s license required.1-3 years’ experience warehouse or manufacturing, including experience operating Order Picker required.Ability to successfully pass a driving assessment and regularly follow safe driving practices when operating the vehicle.Ability to operate (or learn to operate) Material Handling Equipment (MHE). Eventual completion of MHE certification (Order Picker, Reach Truck and Forklift) required.Ability to meet all physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 35lbs repeatedly and 50lbs occasionally, and wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).To safely operate the order picker and comply with equipment manufacturer specifications and required safety regulations, there is a weight limit set at 300 pounds.
