As a Technician Trainee, you will:
- Learn through hands-on and classroom training, including installing and repairing auto glass, recalibrating automotive safety systems, and providing additional services and products.
- Study and pass testing to become a Safelite-certified Technician, showing proficiency in installations and following taught techniques.
- Safely operate a company vehicle and utilize company-issued tools.

What you'll get:
- Competitive starting pay of $18/hour, increasing to $20/hour after training and certification.
- Earn $5 for each set of wiper blades added for customer safety.
- Opportunities for promotion, with starting pay of $22/hour as a Senior Tech and $25/hour as a Master Tech.
- Comprehensive benefits package valued at more than $10,000, including a 401(k) plan with company matching, medical plans, paid time off, holidays, and volunteer days.
- Program to buy additional paid time off or sell unused time.
- Up to $5,250 annually in tuition reimbursement.
- Paid training and all the tools and resources needed for success.

What you'll need:
- Must be 18 years of age or older and hold a valid state-issued driver's license.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and being on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate customer needs.
- Regularly lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma/GED/equivalent preferred; ability to read and write.
