Please note that this role will be on SBO Terms and Conditions The Functions Contracts and Procurement (FCP) Planning Analyst is accountable for all planning and appraisal activities for a dedicated Line of Business supporting Functions Contract and Procurement / Manage Supply Chain. Where You Fit In Upstream and PT is a diverse Line of Business, geographically dispersed with a portfolio of assets and business spanning from late life/decline to emerging growth future businesses. The Planning Appraisal Team drives the OP and LE process, reporting, cost recovery and provides planning analyst support to all the SP Managers and ITGMs. The Planning Analyst reports into the Planning Appraisal Manager for PT-UP-IG-RES IDT. What is the Role? The planning analyst is a core member of the planning team accountable for execution of the planning process for the line of business/portfolio to support the SP Manager. This role will provide the incumbent visibility across key stakeholders within the Line of business and opportunity to gain an understanding of business strategies and priorities. The incumbent will be accountable for: Insights – Periodic insights to support decision making. Planning Milestones – Ensure timely submissions of Annual Plan, Single Budget Advise and LE. Performance Monitoring and Reporting – Monitor and report key business and operational KPIs to deliver a credible plan. Periodically track the health and NPV of ongoing Investments to ensure no value leakage. Integration – Ability to integrate across boundaries to ensure alignment to deliver. Lead monthly reviews of plan with SP manager, PMO and finance ensure that it evolves along with our business needs. Interact with PMO and finance on monthly reporting and reconciliation of actual/budget/forecast human capital variances monthly. Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to simplify and implement repeatable best practices to support delivery. Ability to work with other teams on cross-LoB/Portfolio LT-sponsored initiatives. - What We Need from You? Experience - Over 7-10 years of experience with managing enterprise IT portfolios including portfolio planning, prioritization, actuals and value Tracking and Management experience Education - MBA from Premier Institutes with experience in Operations design/process excellence. Skills Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills including preparing executive level insights, presentations and reports Excellent written and oral communication including executive level communications Have strong and proven analytical, numerical and interpersonal skills Tools Well *** with ITBM module of ServiceNow including ability to report.
