[What the role is] You will be part of the team that maintains and enhances our mission-critical IT system used for Air Traffic Management (ATM). There will be opportunities to integrate the ATM system with radars, messaging systems, cybersecurity controls, etc. You will play a key role to ensure the overall reliability, quality and integrity of the ATM system; thereby contributing directly to the safety and efficient management of air traffic movements in Singapore’s Flight Information Region. [What you will be working on] You will work closely with various stakeholders including operational users, maintenance teams, renowned equipment and solution providers to deliver and maintain the ATM system that meets our stringent requirements. With a strong technical knowledge, you will be responsible for procurement, project management, implementation and maintenance works. [What we are looking for] • Training in Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management or equivalent • Good communication and writing skills, interpersonal skills, positive attitude and an attention to detail • Able to work independently and also a good team player who is able to work with officers of all levels • Experience in implementing and maintaining large scale multi-sites systems preferred • Experience in the following areas preferred : - Implementation of real-time systems to meet operational and cybersecurity requirements - System administration of various operating systems such as Windows and Linux-based Operating Systems - Implementation or maintenance of computer networks • Ability to work outside working hours occasionally for system maintenance/deployment activities Your appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance, and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal.
