About the Company



Our
client is an upcoming medium sized company in manufacturing sector.



Role Summary



The company is looking for a Sales
Marketing Manager who will oversee its Sales and Marketing activities,
supervise 3-4 sales representatives and coordinate its strategies for business
growth. Its products are targeted at

sales within the four broad target
markets: -

i. Modern Trade (Supermarkets)

ii. General Trade (Kiosks and Cereal
shops)

iii. Institutions (NPOs/NGOs,
Schools, development institutions, Children homes, Charity Institutions, relief
institutions etc.)

iv. Consumers entities (Restaurants
etc.)



Key
Responsibilities

·       
Sales
Management: Manage sales management process - pipeline, account planning, CRM
and proposal to meet target. In addition, maintaining and building
relationships with customers and prospects.

·       
Sales
Marketing strategy: Strategy development and planning of campaigns that can
promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online)

·       
Sales
Marketing Strategy implementation: Implementation of the marketing campaigns
right from ideation to final analysis and refinement Market relationships
development: Building sustainable relationships and

·       
partnerships
with other key players such as vendors, advertising agencies, and creative artists
as per the need

·       
Sales
Monitoring: Monitoring sales and related data and drawing inferences to propose
future course of action. This will also include visit of retail outlets
regularly to monitor implementation of sales and promotional initiatives and
setting-up and monitoring appropriate commercial activities to meet or deliver
target on sales budget, cost, volume and efficiency target/KPI.

Business
development: Prospect and pitch new business opportunities to meet sales target.
This will also include research or market survey for new business opportunity, trend
and strategy for sales growth to meet sales target

·       
Develop
and maintain the customer relationship by excellently understanding the key customer
or target audience to ensure their objectives are being met in order to retain
the business Lead and coordinate with related parties both internal and
external to achieve the operation and sales target.

·       
Monitor
and report the process across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement
to success.

 

Candidate Requirements



·       
Bachelor’s
degree in Marketing/ Communications related field with over 7 years’ experience
in Sales and Marketing/ Or Diploma in Sales and Marketing with over 10 years’
experience.

·       
At
least C+ in KSCE qualifications.

·       
At
least 3+ years of FMCG marketing experience. Experience in food industry added
advantage.

·       
Proven
ability to meet and exceed sales quotas

·       
Proven
track record of successfully managing customer relationships

·       
Excellent
interpersonal skills, good presentation, communication, problem solving,

·       
Negotiation
and analytical skills
