Job Title: Mobile Technician

Job Summary:

The Mobile Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices. This role requires a strong understanding of various mobile operating systems, hardware components, and troubleshooting techniques to ensure devices are restored to optimal working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Device Repair and Maintenance:
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in mobile devices.
Replace or repair faulty components such as screens, batteries, and charging ports.
Perform software updates and installations as needed.
Customer Service:
Interact with customers to understand their device issues and provide clear explanations of the repair process.
Provide estimates and discuss repair options and costs.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and high-quality service.
Technical Support:
Offer technical support and troubleshooting advice for a variety of mobile devices and operating systems.
Assist customers with software problems, including data recovery and virus removal.
Inventory Management:
Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and repair tools.
Order parts and supplies as needed to ensure availability for repairs.
Doentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
Report any recurring issues or potential improvements in repair processes to management.
Compliance and Safety:
Adhere to safety standards and best practices for handling and repairing electronic devices.
Ensure all repairs and services comply with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mobile device repair or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in mobile device repair or a related technical field is advantageous.
Skills:
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various mobile devices.
Knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,******** - AED2,********per month
