You will:Engage in formal and experiential training to develop the skills you need to feel competent and confident in your role;Assess client needs, develop strategies and interventions for a safe return to pre-injury activities;Play an important role in a multidisciplinary approach to recovery and return to work, always with your client’s best interests at heartPerform assessments such as initial assessments, functional capacity assessments, early intervention, home, worksite and ergonomic assessments, as well as vocational assessments;Build rapport with key stakeholders throughout the process including the ill or injured individual, their treating health practitioners, employers and insurers.There’s so much on offer to our graduate team members.
