Providing effective and efficient administrative and secretariat support to Dean, College of Engineering (DCoE), you will execute the full spectrum of programmes, tasks and activities, which include (but not limited to) appointment/meeting scheduling, documentation, minutes taking, report compilation and event management. As an integral administrative member at the Dean’s office, you will also lead or be part of the taskforce in the planning, organization, and management of college-level programmes such as visit by the College Advisory Board and College Town Hall. You will also serve as a staff officer to DCoE in the management of documentation and travel arrangement, prioritization of requests, handling of sensitive information, communication management, management reporting, and facilitation of inputs and recommendations for decision-making. Your key duties included but not limited to the following: Manage DCoE’s role-based email account and calendar. Manage DCoE’s schedule, appointments, travel arrangements and submission of various claims. Support research administration such as research database management and collation of information from internal and external stakeholders. Plan, coordinate and prioritize requests and information flow, ensuring seamless organizational communication. Coordinate and provide logistic support to college-related events and visits. Undertake any other ad-hoc initiatives and assignments undertaken by the Office.
