The incumbent shall support admission as well as student life initiatives and activities to enhance student’s learning experience for MSc programmes. Responsibilities: Admissions Management and support: Managing the admissions process, including receiving and reviewing applications, verifying documentation, and evaluating eligibility criteria. Student Support: Providing ongoing support to current students, addressing their concerns, answering questions, and connecting them with appropriate resources and support services. Student Orientation: Planning and organizing orientation programs to familiarize new students with the campus, facilities, academic policies, and support services available to them. Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments, such as academic affairs and student services, to ensure effective communication and support for students. Reporting: Generating reports and providing data analysis related to admissions and student support activities. Requirements: A bachelor’s degree from a recognized Institute of Higher Learning. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in student life and support. Possess strong communication skills and problem-solving skills with good time management. Able to handle stress and passionate in assisting students. Detail-oriented. IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications (mainly word, excel, PowerPoint). Data analytic skills and experience will be an advantage. Possess a “can-do” attitude, ability to work fast and smart independently.
