Administration of the Group's Oracle ERP layer including the Group's GL, sub-ledgers (including Procurement, Expenses, AR, AP, Projects, Billing, Fixed Assets) and all relevant interfaces. Role Responsibilities Provide multifunctional ongoing support, maintenance and future implementations across the Groups ERP platform, Oracle R12 Support core modules across Oracle R12 including, GL, AR, AP, CE, PO, FA, PA, INV, OM, iProcement, Expenses, Treasury and AGIS, security maintenance, system configuration and integration Provision of first and second line support, as well as delivering on agreed Enhancement requests to the Oracle system Preparation and maintenance of documentation (functional specifications, configuration documents etc) Management of issue resolution, including SR management Supporting the team with Service Now cases and BAU tasks such as month end activities, holding knowledge sharing sessions with the team Leverage information within Service Now to maintain efficient and complete support service to the business Liaising with third and fourth line support as the need arises, including the handling deployment schedules with Group IT across production and other various development environments Working with ERP managers to deliver on an efficient end to end Finance solutions Involve in new implementations across group and new Fusion ERP upgrade program Preferred Skills and Experience The Group's values and behaviors are integral to this role A recognised qualification in Finance/Accountancy/IT Minimum 3 years experience in working with Oracle EBS Knowledge and experience in Oracle Fusion would be significant advantage Excellent history in the administration of Oracle R12 and all related modules as described above, with significant technical understanding of the applications Previous Oracle Admin helpdesk management a significant advantage Previous experience in Oracle implementations a significant advantage Solid understanding of Financial operations and processes Excellent multi table SQL capabilities Core understanding of accounting principles Excellent user of MS Office products, and in particular excellent Excel capabilities Proactive behavior that demonstrates initiative and positive work ethic to ensure activities are delivered to the required time, budget and quality.
