Job Description Main Purposes of the Job: · Co-lead in innovation, activation, advertising, and promotion for the deployment of the Brand Marketing Plan and budget. · Development timely implementation of IMC Campaign, New Product Launches in coordination with cross functional teams in local market and SSEAHK business unit. · Co-owner of Category PL in Western Taste Elevation Marketing team. Detailed Job Responsibilities: Business Performance - Co-own the PL (top line bottom line) with GPM to ensure that key business KPI's are met -- revenue, profit, market share and brand health. - Responsible for Brand Operations such as managing budgets (total AP), sales tracking for SSEAHK BU priority markets (PH, TH, MY, SG, HK) - Participate in monthly commercial review to ensure gatekeep our brand performance. Innovation Development - Assist the GPM by contributing to the development of Innovation strategies to grow the Heinz Masterbrand in SSEAHK. Innovation Management - Assist the GPM in NPD launches from "Ideation" through to full in-market launch by coordinating with cross-functional teams to manage the projects deliver on time. - Track market performances and PL. - Work closely with Commercial Sales team (BDMs) to support localized NPD Launch Plan. - Lead the development of NPD selling stories (net of LLs) to support and enable Sales team. Brand Strategy Development - Co-lead the development of regional brand strategy of Heinz Western TE portfolio and its annual marketing plan in relation to its 6Ps/marketing mix (proposition, product, pack, price, promotion, and place) based on key consumer insights to strengthen the brand equity and improve overall communication with consumers. Brand Management - Oversee paid media advertising campaigns on Digital and social media. - Liaise with sales (BDMs) for any BTL requirement from MKT including but not limited to POSM artwork, sampling execution, communication deployment. - Co-lead and execute brand plan and budget, especially by designing winning adaptation of priority initiatives in local markets, based on local consumer shopper insights. - Support CM/BDMs in designing local brand marketing execution plan. - Responsible for content hygiene maintenance of KHC Meta assets (social media management). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or any related field. A minimum of 4-5 years of progressive marketing experience or a combination of sales and marketing experience is required. FMCG Marketing experience is required and preferred. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Strong project and budget management skills. Has led and delivered multiple innovation and renovation projects. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies. Experience working with creative agencies for briefing and creating content. Analyzing media and experience working with media agencies for a robust media plan creation, deployment, and evaluation. Amenable and/or has an experience in working in a ‘start-up’ like environment. Able to work independently and as a team. High learning agility and adaptability in a demanding and fast-paced environment. You are proactive, passionate, and resourceful; you make things happen.
