Facilitating meaningful engagement among key stakeholders within and outside of the NTU community. Responsibilities Lead the planning and implementation of initiatives that contribute to an inclusive and socially integrated NTU community. Facilitate the adoption of inclusive and integration practices by student groups, as well as NTU units/departments. Support the development and implementation of policies and practices which enhance inclusion. Support students, by identifying relevant services required for both academic and non-academic activities. Supervise junior staff in data collection, analysis and the preparation of management reports to meet MOE and NTU’s reporting requirements. Requirements A good Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University. At least 6 years’ of relevant experience which involves considerable interaction with students or youth. Experience in the tertiary education sector and some working knowledge of disabilities types and support required will be advantageous. Ability to conceptualise and implement initiatives at a strategic level. Communication, negotiation and influencing skills (written and verbal), especially in working collaborative with university students and colleagues from different cultural and disciplinary backgrounds.
