Job Title: Office Assistant/ Human Resource

Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize company paperwork
- Handle administrative tasks and office support
- Maintain office supplies and cleanliness
- Run office-related errands
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing mail
- We prefer if the applicant if have worked in AMER or had worked in Notary and has experience in paper work and legal government firms.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
⁃ languages ( Arabic, English ) we command that the applicant types and writes in both languages English and Arabic.
⁃ We prefer a female secretary that has loads of experience.
