Work closely with the assigned School/Department as a HR Business Partner in the following: • Plan and manage the full cycle of recruitment, performance management, appointments, deployments and exit management • Communicate changes in HR policies as well as provide policy guidance advice to staff on HR-related queries • Apply data analytics to generate insights for planning and evaluation • Explore and harness new technologies to transform or streamline HR operations 2. Involve in (or may lead) ad-hoc department and TP-wide initiatives and projects 3. Review and implement HR policies and processes Pre-requisites: • At least 5 years’ experience as a HRBP or in HR Generalist functions • Strong interpersonal skills and in written communication • Team player who is also able to work independently • Meticulous, well-organised and IT savvy • Data analytics skillsets will be advantageous
