Bachelor’s degree. 8-10 years of experience in Warehouse handling. Sound working knowledge in Microsoft Excel/word/PowerPoint Working experience in ERP MM Module preferably SAP 5S and Kanban Knowledge and experience of manufacturing / operational process Material planning and inventory control. Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations. Excellent attention to detail and time management. Ability to provide feedback both orally and in writing. Teamwork skills. What will you be doing? Goods receipt Initiate receiving: He/she is in charge of unloading the material delivered by the suppliers from the trucks and stock it in a dedicated receiving area and checking the correspondence with the purchase order and shipping documentation. Visual quality inspection: He/she is responsible to make visual quality check that package/material is not damaged and informing the quality department if needed. Check that package/material is identifiable for further actions (e.g., GR slip or other similar print out is printed on package) Finalize goods receipt: He/she is in charge of running a specific action to do material receiving into system Deliver material to quality inspection/warehouse/production: He/she moves the material inside the site by using the appropriate tools and will stock the material into the warehouse or deliver it to production or quality inspection when needed. Issue material (Replenish materials to production) Picking/kitting He/she is responsible to prepare and move material from warehouse to production line or workstations machine loading places by following picking kitting rules Kanban/2-bin replenishment; He/she is responsible to prepare and move material from warehouse to production or between production locations according to Kanban process rules Pick and Pack the Material. In charge of collecting all the components to be delivered, repack them if needed and move them to shipping area. Load and ship the delivery. Responsible for loading the trucks with all the packages to be delivered and handing over to transportation provider Physical inventory count: He / she responsible for cycle count and annual physical inventory count. Material Stock Difference: He / she is in charge of updating the system when stock level of material is found to deviate from reality e.g., as a result of cycle counting. COGI correction: He / She is in charge of correcting daily the errors (COGI) showed by system Return rejection: He / She is responsible for preparing documents for returning quality rejected materials to suppliers General warehouse management activities Safe and efficient workplace. He/she is responsible for safety and 5S in the warehouse Support LEAN activities Participate on Continues improvement Support all needed development action What do we offer?
