Achieve goals through expertise, collaboration, influence, and effective execution Develop and clearly communicate the product vision, strategy, business goals, and objectives with all relevant parties. Create, clearly communicate, and prioritize the product backlog items through collaboration with end-user stakeholders Make transparent decisions on development/deployment matters to maximize execution effectiveness for all stakeholders and overall product value Hold regular sessions with end-user stakeholders to get feedback on the products. Develop and document requirements, manage projects, act as a subject matter expert, and act as a gatekeeper for product changes Skills You’ll Need Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Moderate experience in a leadership/management capacity in a comparable environment Relevant hands-on experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) (Waterfall and/or Agile) in a testing and/or Project Management / Business Analysis capacity Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws (USA PATRIOT Act), Regulations (Fed, SEC, FINRA) and their application to the supported products/business lines Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including VBA), Structured Query Language (SQL) and/or Python a plus. CAMS, PMP, PBA or ITIL certification a plus Skills That Will Help You Excel A team player displaying strong interpersonal skills Excellent at drafting written and delivering oral communications. Able to display excellent analytical, judgment, and research skills Able to identify, escalate and communicate issues to management in an effective and succinct manner Meticulous with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask Expectations Deutsche Bank provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability and/or religion. The salary range for this position in New York City is $85,000 to $140,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
