As the Assistant Nurse Manager, you'll have an important role in coordinating the daily operations of our patient care unit. Your goal will be to provide high-quality and individualized patient care in line with the values of our Medical Center.
Here's what your leadership role will involve:

Coordinating the daily operations of the assigned unit/area
Delivering expert nursing care and ensuring the best outcomes for patients
Supervising and guiding the clinical performance of others
Driving effective change within the nursing department and institution

Educational Requirements:

Preferred: Master's Degree in healthcare, nursing, or healthcare administration profession
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Licenses:

California State RN License (Upon Hire)
Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification (Upon Hire)
Relevant Specialty Certification (Upon Hire)

Experience:

Minimum five (5) years of experience in an acute care setting, including two (2) years in specialty and supervisory roles
