Job Description: Job Title :Lead Project Implementation Manager Location : Paris Corporate Title : Vice President Details of the role and how it fits into the team The Implementation Manager is accountable for the co-ordination of the end-to-end implementation of clients. This is done in a project management manner, as mandated by clients in the region and allocated by the Head of Implementation and Service. Act as a project leader for implementation processes and secure a fast and accurate implementation with customers. Manages also in a coordinated way the maintenance of existing GSC/CMC products and services for clients. Take care of client satisfaction so that it is easy to do business with DB and service is the reason to stay. Your key responsibilities Main role and responsibilities (including, but not limited to): Lead Project Management of client deals End-to-end co-ordination and overall accountable of implementation projects Act as liaison with the ‘leg’ implementation managers and other dynamic Client Deal Team members. During the implementation phase the Implementation Manager leads the Client Deal Team, arranges and chairs (client) meetings, such as the kick-off and status meetings, but also with internal stakeholders Sales, Customer Service and Coverage team. Participation in the sales process by covering implementation related questions of Requests for Proposal (RfP) and supporting Sales to sell implementation as an added value service during Rfp pitches Establish a Statement of Work, Status reports and project plans for the implementation Maintenance of clients and ‘lead’ implementation projects Monitors the project, making use of our standard project management report templates Identify, agree and coordinate documentation requirements Identify changes in project scope and notify Sales, applying disciplines in the usage of the Salesforce Pipeline tool Organize client training and installation of Customer Access tools (EB, Business Integration, etc.) with Customer and responsible team within DB (EB L1, Customer Service, etc.) Responsible for project hand-over the implemented structure (products and systems) to Services Together with CMC Sales and/or Client Service Manager monitoring of committed revenues Identify new business opportunities and inform Sales Undertake secondary responsibilities (e.g. Representation in working groups; 'Regional/Local Knowledge Owner ' responsibilities) Internal coordinator for all DB parties, departments and branches involved for legal negotiation, technical set-ups Participate in Product related workshops/training courses and projects to keep relevant international market and product knowledge up to standard Your skills and experience Good Project Management experience Strong client focus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Analytical, decisive and problem solving skills Flexibility and willingness to work autonomously Ability to withstand stress, organize and set priorities to meet deadlines/targets whilst remaining responsive, calm and attentive to client needs, proactive mind-set Min 7 years of experience within Implementation and or Cash Management Products treasury).
