You will be a part of HPB’s Healthy Ageing Division, which strives towards helping seniors aged 50 years old and above to improve and maintain their functional ability through healthy lifestyle practices, increase the quality and years of healthy life and prevent illness, disability and premature death. The division is responsible for driving programmes, particularly the National Seniors’ Health Programme, which was launched in support of the Government’s Action Plan for Successful Ageing to keep seniors active, engaged and productive. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the ageing experience of our residents and not only help them live long, but live healthier longer. What you can expect: As a key member of the Healthy Ageing Programmes, you will get the opportunity to develop, implement and evaluate healthy ageing initiatives and outreach strategies and perform day to day requirements to empower seniors to stay healthy and active. You will be responsible to establish and manage partnerships and vendors to bring internal and external stakeholders together for synergistic programme delivery. You will manage monthly reports on the initiatives’ performance, review and evaluate the activities with data support and audits. And last but not the least, you will work with the team to establish, review and evaluate operations and processes to ensure efficient and quality programme delivery. Be part of the team Join us if you are a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in developing initiatives for seniors and enjoys working in a highly matrixed, fluid and fast-paced environment. You should also possess: Good programme management and vendor management skills Excellent inter-personal skills and emotional intelligence to manage internal and external stakeholders Analytical skills and attentiveness to details Ability to communicate effectively with verbal, written and presentation skills to present ideas and concepts Proven track record in campaigns and/or projects support roles/tasks In addition, having relevant qualifications or experience preferably in sports science, health-related science or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
