[What the role is] The ideal candidate will play a key role in processing and/or reviewing of broad-based grants. This includes manual processing of applications and/or claims, governance, stakeholder management of companies, automation, and streamlining of grant-related work processes. [What you will be working on] Duties and responsibilities include but not restricted to the following: Manage, administer and/or review broad-based grant applications in a timely manner Leverage on data to draw insights for decision making Anticipate the need for change and initiate new/better way to do things to drive process improvement Review process regularly to ensure compliance to guideline Display excellent problem solving, execution capabilities and is able to partner both internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcome [What we are looking for] Min 3 years of working experience in grant administration and/or skills in Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Automation Setup and Change Management are strongly preferred You must be independent, meticulous, self-driven, team player and have a strong customer-oriented mindset.
