Job Description: Apply the principles of design, development, testing, deployment, support, and evaluation. Develop and deploy high quality software solutions with comprehensive test coverage without supervision. Analyse business objectives and translate requirements to technical implementation components. Design and build programs or application features meeting business objective and requirements. Provide accurate estimates for the development effort for new features. Provide mentoring and technical assistance to other members of the team. Apply and promote industry best patterns and practices. Contribute to the strategic engineering goals within own team and platform. Lead Level 3 or above support and technical troubleshooting activity. Responsibilities: As per above role, In addition to: Representation on change board Conducting of reviews and challenges on project teams Representation to aligned architecture, change and security teams Assistance with team build out including mentoring and interviews Requirements analysis, Development and prioritisation of deliveries Requirements: As per above role, in addition to: Good programming language experience, preferably Java or C++ Minimum experience is 8 years Extensive experience into Enterprise application development Deep understanding of Java and Spring framework.
