We also have massages, flu shots, free breakfast and fruit and access to our Employee Assistance ProgramWhat you will do with us:Account ManagementMaintain great working relationships with the clients and creative agenciesSupport the Account Manager with day to day planning tasks such as competitive analysis, basic audience profiling, inputs for small budget implementation responses and media plansParticipate in team and client WIPs to maximise knowledge of client’s businessCollation of data and inputs for post analysis presentations including campaign delivery, proof of posting etc.Responsible for all material instructions and supporting the Account CoordinatorLeads monthly proformas invoicing process to ensure finance loadings match media plans and MBA/PO approval documentsEfficiently address any account queriesTrafficking digital campaigns and checking weekly deliveryTeam managementActively train and manage Account Coordinator workflowEnsure accuracy of output for yourself and direct reportsEnsure you engage the wider team with market knowledge and updatesWhat you will bring:Minimum 1 yearexperience in an Account Coordinator / Account ExecutiveroleHas a keen interest to grow in planning across offline media channelsIntermediate knowledge across Excel, PowerPoint and Roy MorganProven ability to exceedcampaign objectivesAttention to detail that is second to noneAble to provide solutions and think outside of the boxA collaborative team member who thrives in working with othersA true professional with strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesStrong organisation skills with a love for being one step aheadHere at Starcom, we recognise balance and difference is important in our business.
