Duties and Responsibilities with immediate training:
Administrative Support:

Aid the office manager in daily administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Manage the inventory of office supplies and initiate orders when necessary.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Communication:

Act as a liaison between the office manager and staff, promptly relaying messages and inquiries.
Professionally answer phone calls and greet visitors courteously.
Record Keeping:
Maintain organized records and files, both physical and digital.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for meetings.
Office Organization:
Ensure the office environment remains tidy and organized at all times.
Support in coordinating office layout changes and maintaining equipment.

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with office equipment and procedures is beneficial.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time and part time position with standard office hours.
