We are looking for a Training and Communication Expert to support us on an upcoming road project in Kenya. Scope of work will include consulting services for training and capacity building of representatives of road construction companies, constituency road committees, county governments and KeRRA in climate resilient and sustainable road rehabilitation and maintenance (gravel and low-volume sealed), in cooperation with and support of Kisii Training Center. Consulting services will also aim supporting and training of Counties, KeRRA and Ministry of Roads and Transport towards improved road monitoring and road maintenance planning.The Individual will be responsible for:Supporting training activities for the Program in liaison with Kisii Training Center (KTC).PreparingKTC on issues such as contracts, defining trainees’ selection procedure, monitoring of training results.Supporting KTC in communication of training products and results, including through digital. media.
