Job Description: The Human Resources area is responsible for creating strategies that focus on the organization's behavioral issues and the relationship between professionals and the company. In general, the human resources area aims to be a mediator between the organization and its employees, so that both have their interests met and develop a beneficial relationship. Activities: Responsible for the Mandatory Certifications process → Contacts → Registering employees → Extracting reports → Answering Compliance audits and questions → Monitoring validity and renewal Responsible for the selection process for hiring interns → Internal and external disclosure → Interface with the vacancy manager and the headhunter company → Interviews: scheduling with managers and final HR interview → Closing the process: o Hiring o Contact with the Faculty o Manage manager's expectations o Complete process on Workday following internal procedures o Answering questions from the Risk Control area → CVs received spontaneously - thank you and direct them to register on the site Support in the Training and Development Process → Promotion → Request with approval → Registration → Confirmation → Control Support Internal Communications and Employer Brand → Internal communications → Internal campaigns → Being part of committees and supporting communications Being open to learning and respecting rules, procedures and risk controls Be responsible for updating HR policies and documents Training and technical skills → Any area related to Human Resources → Availability to work as a trainee for 2 years - training year starting Dec 2026 → Ability to work with Excel and macros to create spreadsheets and dashboards → Ability to put together executive presentations for the area We expect you to have → A willingness to learn → Like and think about people → Be proactive and accept challenges → Fluent English - Advanced level → Availability to work in a hybrid model - 3 times a week in the office → Availability to work 6 hours a day, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with 1 hour for lunch Deutsche Bank Values Diversity We believe talent is found in all cultures, countries, races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, disabilities, beliefs, generations, backgrounds and experiences.
