Job Description About the Position We have an excellent opportunity available for a talented Senior Marketer to join and make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Marketing Manager position lies within the Northern Europe business unit based in the Shard, London. You will be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level and you will have a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders as well as external agencies. In this role, together with your team, you will be responsible to drive one of the largest categories within the Heinz portfolio. You will be looking after innovation projects under the iconic Heinz brand, being responsible of the entire cycle from strategy to best-in-class in-market execution. In brief, you will be responsible for: Leadership of a team Developing a deep understanding of the consumer and leveraging consumer insights to drive brand equity through the delivery of communication and innovation projects Collaborating with Category Development, Sales, Finance, Consumer Insights, RD, Procurement, Supply Chain as well as Marketing International team drive the business towards the set growth targets Creating and delivering breakthrough innovation that will deliver strong results and build the brand in the future – from insight to business case and 360 execution, and tracking results in the market Project management of innovation and renovation projects in line with the long term strategy, in strong collaboration with the cross-category team for best on-time in class execution Owning the media plan execution for your category, in strong collaboration with the rest of the Marketing team, partnering with our agencies to drive outstanding work. Working in partnership with the full Marketing team to ensure strong in market execution and commercial rigour to deliver results Qualifications Hard Skills Strong and proven experience with consumer understanding: ability to understand a consumer insight, spot consumer needs, trends and market dynamics and generate answers for them. Strong and proven experience in successful innovation projects from end-to-end (from idea to launch), with understanding of processes involving multiple functions and external partners. Experience in communication plans: ability to project manage a comms plan from creative to media execution and to manage creative, PR and media agencies. Proven experience to deliver effective PR plan is a plus. Strong commercial and PL understanding with experience in building innovation business cases and tracking innovation performance Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree preferred Fluency in English is essential Professional Attributes Communication Skills At Kraft Heinz you’ll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it’s important you have excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify and deal with all kinds of different stakeholders cross functionally, across countries and management levels. Strategic and Creative Strategic capabilities and experience in marketing strategy development, situational and trend analysis and creative campaign development A passion for understanding consumers and brands Project management skills You’re very well organized, structured and always have an overview of all the deliverables. You know how to bring multiple projects to a successful ending within the given timeframe and to work well and lead cross functional teams. You also possess the skills to prioritise and simplify when needed, being able to perform under pressure.
