Reporting to the Technical Services Superintendent, you will:Break down the medium and long-term plans to coordinate task-based outcomesManage and coordinate project groups as requiredDevelop work instructions for operational tasks and coordinate activities for the technical services departmentFrequent Underground inspections for work planningCollection of technical performance metrics from supervisors, reports, and specific monitoring plansAssist the Superintendent to manage projects for the technical department, monitoring that projects are delivered within the agreed scope, and to the required quality standardsWork as part of an interdisciplinary team of mining engineers, geotechnical engineers, geologists and surveyors to deliver best practice technical services and ensure targets are delivered in accordance with the annual mine plan.In addition, working in collaboration with cross departmental stakeholders, you will ensure all business goals and objectives are delivered.
