Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate high-quality leads through outbound calls to potential clients.
2. Qualify leads by understanding their real estate needs, budget, and timeline.
3. Provide information on available properties, market trends, and real estate services.
4. Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
5. Guide clients through the real estate buying or selling process, closing deals effectively.
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
7. Stay informed about current real estate market trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications
• Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate laws and regulations required
• Customer Service skills and experience
• Proven track record in real estate sales
• Experience in real property, management, and related fields
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
• UAE Driving License

Experience:

1. High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus********Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or real estate sales is advantageous.
