Gère les déviations qualité et CAPA associées. Gère les réclamations qualité. Gère l'approbation de la documentation qualité du secteur de production afférent. Participe aux activité qualité (routine et projet) du service . Réalise la revue et l'évaluation du dossier de lot, ainsi que sa libération pour mise sur le marché.
