Job Description: Job Title: Know Your Client (KYC) Regional Performance Analyst Corporate Title: Associate Location: Jacksonville, FL Overview KYC Operations plays an integral part in the Firm’s first line of defense against financial crime by defining and sustaining Client Record Data for Correspondent Banking (CB)/ Investment Bank (IB) through the KYC lifecycle and working closely with the Business and Anti Financial Crime (AFC) to ensure that their requirements are met to create pristine Client Records. As a Performance Analyst in our Business Management team, you will be accountable to assist in the delivery of projects within agreed scope and timelines. You will support in corporate strategy projects, operations improvement, organizational transformation, as well as traditional key performance and operational reporting for KYC Operations. What We Offer You: We offer competitive health and wellness benefits, empowering you to value life in and out of the office Active engagement with the local community through Deutsche Bank’s specialized employee groups An environment that encourages networking and collaboration across functions and businesses Return to Office: It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model Deutsche Bank provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability and/or religion Hear from our people and look inside our office: DB@The Muse Your Key Responsibilities: Create, maintain, enhance regular, periodic ad hoc MI reports and Tableau Dashboards; with a focus on Key Performance reporting for management Manage day-today deliverables and progress communication to leadership including issue escalation Keep abreast of reporting technologies to drive efficiency and automation within the current KYC reporting landscape; possess advanced knowledge of MS Access Excel, including pivot tables, macros, filtering, and sorting; ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment Work effectively with key stakeholders using strong influencing skills to ensure the mutually satisfactory resolution of key issues and that the respective responsibilities are understood, agreed, and escalated where required Appropriate and confidential handling/sharing of sensitive client data Meaningful presentation and commentary of results in PowerPoint Your Skills and Experience: Relevant work experience in the financial, compliance, legal, regulatory, and/or data driven industry Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Hands on experience with Data Visualization Tools (e.g., Tableau), Computer Science, database design, SQL, ETL processes, and data mining Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work to high standards and under strong time constraints; analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think laterally around issues, proposing solutions where required Excellent personal organization and prioritization skills along with excellent verbal and written skills in English Our values define the working environment we strive to create - diverse, supportive and welcoming of different views.
