As the Global Regional Information Systems Manufacturing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our information systems within the manufacturing division. This position will involve overseeing the IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient and secure data management, and driving digital transformation initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes globally and regionally. Assigned Region includes USA and South America.This is a hybrid role and position to be located within reasonable commuting distance to our Carlisle, PA facility (1st choice) or our Aurora, OH facility (2nd choice).We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas to maintain residency in the United States.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesThis is only a summary of our Essential Functions, for a full list, please see full job description attached to this posting.Serve as Regional Information Services Manager for assigned region.Resolving end user questions and complaints in an effective and timely manner.Approving new applications and hardware at the regional level.Overseeing ERP in the region and ensuring smooth operation of ERP in the region.Coordinating financial aspects of the IS Department, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review.Developing business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IS spending and initiatives and advises on priority between business need and IS constraints.Implementing all IS policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.Negotiating and administering vendor, outsourcer, and consultant contracts and service agreements.Approving and overseeing projects and project portfolio.Establishing and maintaining regular written and in-person communications with the managers, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent IS activities in the region.Reviewing initial potential security issues/breaches.Serving as a member of assigned region’s Data Protection Team.Overseeing region’s System Manager and System Team and ERP Manager/Team to ensure smooth operations.Serve as IS Manufacturing Manager for assigned region:Serving as a liaison with middle and upper Pyrotek management for requirements gathering in a manner that upholds Pyrotek’s values and reflects positively on IS.Working with manufacturing teams to determine business requirements for Scada development projects and ensuring appropriate project documentation is used.Working with manufacturing to develop a change management process that can tie to ***, Device Request and software requests.Providing IS training to manufacturing teams, as required.Working with RISMs on regional developments to ensure awareness of statis on all current projects.Supervise, coach support, train and develop personnel in assigned area; resolve personnel issues, redirecting complex issues to management and HR in a timely manner; directly manage team members, including assigning and reviewing work, evaluating performance/compensation, developing plans for professional growth, resolving grievances, administering disciplinary action, interviewing employment candidates, and effectively recommending hires and terminations in a timely manner.Click the I'm Interested button so our hiring team can review your application and schedule time to speak with you soon!What happens next?
