Join our Wireline AMO Team Our Oilfield Services business provides intelligent, connected technologies to monitor and control our energy extraction assets. Our Wireline Services deliver high-quality wireline data acquisition services at the well site. We also provide a high level of service to ensure the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of our innovative equipment. Partner with the best As an AMO Mechanic, you will troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble, and visually inspect mechanical assemblies. Whilst assisting in repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment, you will perform complex and difficult tests. You will provide technical support across the business whilst complying with HSE policies. As an AMO Mechanic, you will be responsible for: Maintaining assigned trucks, logging units and related surface cabin equipment in accordance with operating specifications. Assisting where required for troubleshooting or repairing general plant equipment (i.e., generators, hydraulic pumps, air compressors). Completing, inspecting, and distributing all required maintenance paperwork to verify 100% traceability. Facilitating third-party repair of equipment when required. Analyzing and interpreting data from environmental tests, troubleshooting equipment problems, and finding solutions to difficult technical problems. When conducting mechanical inspections, using moderately complex diagnostic equipment. Reviewing procedures for assembly, disassembly, and test verification accuracy. Maintain equipment records and filing systems as part of quality control and assurance programs. Inspecting and disposing of parts and equipment in compliance with HSE policies and procedures. Handling special projects, as assigned. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role, you will have: Technical certificate or diploma background or relevant. 5+ years of maintenance-related experience in mechanic, electro-mechanical function, or relevel industry (airline, military, oilfield, automotive, electronic). In-depth knowledge and expertise in hydraulic circuits Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose faults related to hydraulic systems Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and clientsBe a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to troubleshoot and resolve problems. Good written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility to travel to field locations and workshops if required.
