Responsabilità principali: Analizzare il mercato e il posizionamento dei prodotti e dei principali competitors al fine di potenziare il mercato del prodotto Collaborare nel definire solide relazioni con i KOL di riferimento e con le associazioni scientifiche dell’area terapeutica di competenza Collaborare con Team Cross funzionale (Medica, Marketing, Market Access, Public Affairs, etc.) al fine di co-creare la strategia locale e le tattiche chiave a supporto del successo del prodotto assegnato e a supporto del Team allargato Pianificare, organizzare e realizzare eventi scientifici e congressi (con e senza ECM) Supportare la realizzazione di presentazioni e training di marketing in ambito Sales, per mostrare risultati ed informazioni al management Team/ Franchise Collaborare nella gestione del piano di comunicazione e lo sviluppo di mezzi e materiali di marketing Formazione: Laurea in discipline economiche o scientifiche Lingue: Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese Skills – Competenze: Spiccata capacità di lavorare in team cross-funzionali; Spirito imprenditoriale, “sense of ownership” e mentalità vincente; Eccellenti doti comunicative; Competenza/Comprensione delle leve digitali applicate al mercato farmaceutico; Conoscenza delle dinamiche di mercato e dei trend del settore farmaceutico; Dimostrata capacità di project management, con buone doti analitiche e di interpretazione dei relativi dati di mercato, al fine di elaborare efficaci strategie di prodotto e predisporre product business plans; Eccellente conoscenza del pacchetto office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word At Sanofi diversity and inclusion is foundational to how we operate and embedded in our Core Values.
