Key Responsibilities

- Educate and assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties

- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements

- Conduct property listings and organize viewings

- Network and build connections with potential clients and industry professionals

- Negotiate property sale and rental agreements

- Remain knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their needs, suggesting the right property to the prospective clients with the aim of closing the deal. Your entrepreneurial spirit will be the key to your success.

Sales background – minimum one (1) year experience in Dubai Real Estate Markets with demonstrated and proven good sales records.

Stage and show new and upcoming properties.

Conduct meetings and close the deal

Knowledge of New Real Estate Projects in Dubai with established relations with developers relationship officers will looked favorably.

Self-driven and ambitious

Smart presentation and professionalism

Excellent communication skills & fluency English & Mandarin. Other languages like Arabic, Russian, Chinese would be much of a bonus.

Driver’s license – a must
