Job Description: Job Title Fixed Income and Currencies (FIC) Architecture Programme Manager Location London Corporate Title Vice President Details of the role and team FIC technology domain directly supports the technology needs of the fixed income and currencies sales and trading businesses within the bank. We operate as part of the Technology Data Innovation Division. As part of the strategy and transformation function, we have established a portfolio-wide architecture function to steer and align with business and TDI strategy at the bank. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated professional who can manage and run the Architecture programme of work across the domain. You will work closely with domain architects, data and engineering leads across the organization to define, implement and govern architecture and design findings. We have implemented a Hybrid Working Model that enables eligible employees to work remotely for a part of their working time and reach a working pattern You can expect: Competitive salary and non-contributory pension 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase additional days Life Assurance and Private Healthcare for you and your family A range of flexible benefits including Retail Discounts, a Bike4Work scheme and Gym benefits The opportunity to support a wide-ranging CSR programme + 2 days’ volunteering leave per year Your key responsibilities Define and maintain architecture book of work, providing regular updates and project tracking, and helping document and maintain TDI blueprints and artefacts Coordinate peer architecture reviews on programmes and applications Execute comms plans to ensure business and engineering teams are aligned to architecture Ensure investment funding for change programs are properly justified by architecture goals Where deviations from architecture principles are required, ensure appropriate justifications are in place Define and track key performance indicators for FIC architecture and data.
