Job Description: Details of the Division and Team: The Branch Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of relevant information, including performing all relevant controls within own area of responsibility. They undertake time critical, complex or regulated tasks and must ensure the timely escalation of operational, regulatory and other risks to the line manager and functional leads as appropriate. The Branch Operations Analyst may also be responsible for building and managing relationships with the front office and other internal and external parties at an appropriate level, in particular around the more time critical, complex or regulated tasks. Your key responsibilities: Ensure that processing as per the Key Operating Procedures manual and within the Timeliness and accuracy standards specified. Ensure sufficient supervision for timely execution and monitoring of the day to day process to avoid any delay/fail trades that can lead to regulatory fines and client complaint. Ensure operational risks are well identified and managed, and where required, escalated properly. Compliance with all applicable Rules/regulations of both in country and group Policies Actively involved in the Local and Regional project Your skills and experience: University graduate with minimum 5 years experience in similar fields. Have a strong product knowledge Excellent leadership, able to work in virtual global teams.
