Responsibilities
• Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry following internal controls and compliance regulations.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders ensuring receipt of goods/services before vendor payment.
• Ensure timely payments to external and internal parties.
• Manage daily bookkeeping and record keeping.
• Prepare suppliers and intercompany reconciliation reports.
• Monitor bank cash flow and assist in bank reconciliation and account clearing.
• Support the month-end closing process.
• Provide supporting documents for VAT and WHT returns.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as required.

• Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
• Excellent data entry skills with a strong aptitude for numbers.
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and accounting software; Oracle NetSuite is required.
