Job Description: Details of the Division and Team: This role is responsible to oversee the development and execution of the Transformation and Change programs for Corporate Bank Operations APAC across 14 countries. Corporate Bank Operations covers Security Services Operations, Trade Finance Lending Operations and Cash Operations. of the Category Strategy process and content across all IT Procurement teams, including approaches to market and with direct involvement in the execution of complex and/or high value negotiations. Provide excellent problem solving and complexity management capabilities - with the ability to always align to the strategic target state for the program Overseas progress of integration initiative through various approval steps (internal / external) as outlined in transition process. Drive issue resolution or options articulation around any problems or challenges that crop up in the course of execution of above initiatives. Managing a team of Operational Process Engineer coordinating the sub-workstreams and providing guidance to sub-workstream leads. Partner with Stakeholders across business and other departments to drive a collaborative delivery culture and ensure successful benefit realization. Develop understanding to understand the business strategy and incorporate it into Operations future transformation. Your skills and experience: Minimum a Bachelor degree in either Business Finance or Economics or equivalent Minimum 15 years’ experience in an Investment Banking environment within a Financial Institution, with exposure in Cash Management, Trade Finance and Lending Proven experience of working within a large change management function leading Front to Back Programmes covering both Business and IT deliveries Strong analytical skills, able to demonstrate flexibility regarding problem solving Takes ownership of problems and issues and solves them Strong visual skills in PowerPoint, Excel and other MS Office systems. Able to identify and drive continuous improvement Ability to work in tight deadlines fast-paced environment. Proven stakeholder management skills Able to work as part of a virtual global teams and in a matrix organization Pro-active and able to drive regional agenda to link into global initiatives Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to colleagues. Strong organizational/project management skills; ability to identify prioritize multiple tasks Entrepreneurial thinking and acting at all times, taking ownership for spearheading and executing initiatives. Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement may apply.
