You’ll be part of Group Security Tech Test team, which is a key pillar of the wider Group Security and is responsible for E2E Test management of cyber security project. You need to ensure quality engineering practices are met up to the enterprise standards. You will provide technical expertise, thought leadership, and a clear focus on test deliverables. . You will be reporting to the Test delivery chapter lead As a Test Engineering Manager, you’ll be providing expert advice relating to technology, people management, contributing to the architecture roadmap, leadership guidance to drive excellence and ensure technical delivery meets the engineering standards. You'll play an important role in steering the organisation by contributing to the strategy and determining which problems to invest in solving. You'll also bring a perfect blend of people management and technical knowledge to this team and will be responsible for shaping its evolution We’re interested in hearing from people who: Have proven experience as a Quality engineering and Test Manager with a knowledge on cybersecurity concepts Are strong in strategy and planning and have a solid understanding of software development process and software engineering practices Have extensive quality and test engineering experience and able to bring other engineering leaders and engineers onto the Quality Engineering maturity journey, drive Quality Engineering capabilities and excellence across all engineering practices Have leadership experience managing a high-performing technical team, including hiring, developing and retaining talent, building an open diverse and inclusive working environment where everyone feels welcome and valued Creates and implements quality engineering roadmap and a safe and trusted working environment where our engineers’ voices are heard Promotes risk-taking and constructively challenges the status quo while influencing stakeholders as well as the ability to work under pressure and ambiguous situations Skills: We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these will set you up for success in this team: Experience in E2E Test management from Test Strategy, Test design, Test execution and defect management. Familiar with all Test phases (SIT, E2E, PVT, BVT and UAT) Strong understanding of API security principles and best practices, with hands-on experience in conducting security assessments and vulnerability testing for APIs Collaborate with our Engineering teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into the API development process.
