To design and lead the integration of Compliance Risk across all Client Segments, Solutions, Corporate Functions, Africa Regions countries across the Std Bank Group in order to provide a complete view of all compliance risks across the entire Group, influence executives to ensure that the Bank's operations are undertaken in a compliant manner to avoid operational losses, fines, penalties or reputational damage to the Bank enable the compliance competitive advantage of the organisation.
