Support the Global Mobility Lead and collaborate with other members of the global mobility leadership team to determine and drive global priorities and consistent approaches, develop global service enhancements, and support global stakeholders. Promote a unified global mobility team and a common understanding of global mobility policies, processes, and practices.Develop and drive the execution of global mobility program strategy for the Asia Pacific region. Improve global mobility services’ value and alignment with agency needs. Build Global Mobility’s reputation for delivering an exceptional talent mobility experience, solving immigration and mobility challenges, and flawlessly managing immigration and mobility compliance. Ensure delivery of Global Mobility’s core services across all countries and agencies in the region. Manage the region’s performance against service, cost-containment, and compliance requirements. Translate mobility program strategies and priorities into specific individual and team goals, tactics, action plans and deliverables.Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships throughout the Asia Pacific region and across geographies, functions, and agencies to ensure stakeholder priorities and interests are met, service and compliance roadblocks are removed, and enhanced understanding and adoption of global mobility services.Advise leaders on global mobility topics, opportunities, costs, and risks. Equip decision-makers with timely guidance and solutions that demonstrate exceptional business acumen, mobility expertise and insight into the needs and interests of our talent. Effectively communicate mobility service and compliance needs.Support regional leaders, including the regional Re:Sources CEO and leaders in Corporate Tax, Legal, and Payroll, to manage mobility compliance and risks by coordinating and overseeing the development of mobility governance policies, processes, and practices for the region.Oversee the team’s service delivery for senior executive immigration and mobility needs in the region in accordance with established SLA’s. Serve as a point of escalation for individual mobility cases, as needed. Participate in regional service quality forums, as appropriate.Assess and evolve the service delivery model to ensure the internally managed vs. externally provided services optimize service levels, scalability, compliance management, and cost containment.Lead, inspire and develop a small regional global mobility team to develop their functional knowledge, communication and advisory capabilities, policy and process expertise, and operational capacity. Foster a positive team environment and an open and inclusive culture. Ensure people management practices support effective communication about performance and promote collaboration and learning.Manage the region’s external immigration and mobility service providers. Ensure the service providers adhere to provisions of agreements and contracts. Manage the billing process, ensuring services are billed and paid for in a timely manner.Develop and forecast the Asia Pacific mobility program budget; manage spending to that plan; identify opportunities for investment and realize cost savings to achieve the plan.
