Global Foreign Exchange Global Foreign Exchange (GFX) is a vital part of the DB Investment Bank that provides our clients with many ways to manage their currency risk. The development of our products gives engineers a unique ability to learn business, work with big data and analytics. We're looking for a technical writer (m/f/x) who will help us build and support a documentation around our product and services. The technical writer will work directly with engineers, analysts, production support teams and business to gather, write and keep our documentation up to date and thus enable our teams to communicate clearly, save time on repetitive inquiries and duplicate less. - Please send us your CV and Portfolio, thank you! Your key responsibilities Deliver and maintain useful and usable documentation for internal and external services and users Build a process around the documentation maintenance to ensure that being up to date Actively dig the information out of the engineers and subject matter experts Write learning-oriented and goal-oriented documentation and coach the subject matter experts in writing the understanding and information oriented texts Collaborate closely with the documentation users, subject matter experts and engineers Your skills and experiences Text and narrative structure awareness Basic knowledge of technology: understanding what is SQL, what is json/xml/protobuf and what is http.
