Job Description: Within Cash Management, Implementation Service (IS) is responsible for the client journey by opening and maintaining accounts for corporate clients. The implementation of cash management solutions like Cash Manager, Local and Cross Border Pooling as well as providing the Service on day-to-day inquiries is the main activity. Electronic Banking, including SWIFT FileactFIN and Host to host is as well one of the key elements we provide to corporate clients. Team description By ensuring a high-quality Service, the Client Implementation Manager is key in acting as the first point of contact for our corporate clients to support them in their day to day business. The end-to-end responsibility includes monitoring of payment flows, management of inquiries and issues and interact with Service and Implementation Managers in the Deutsche Bank markets, Sales, Coverage or Operations ensuring in time delivery to our clients. The Client Implementation Manager is the key driver to keep a high client satisfaction, so that it is easy to do business with DB and service is the reason to stay. Responsibilities Assumption of project responsibility for challenging national and international cash management implementation projects as the main contact person for our VIP, Tier 1+2 customer portfolio Assumption of the project-accompanying customer communication Planning and execution of kick-off and project status meetings, as well as support of the sales organisation in the run-up to project tenders Assumption of consulting tasks during project implementation and maintenance at the customer Preparation of the necessary contract documentation and coordinating support during contract negotiations. Monitoring of contract returns and internal review processes Coordination of the solution of technical problems and escalation if necessary Ensuring a consistently high-quality standard Prepare and monitor project structure and schedules and associated project documentation Coordinate and monitor format and live testing in test and production Identification of cross-selling potential and its coordination with Sale Taking over the technical and contractual project maintenance as well as related service activities for the customer Professional and personal qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in the implementation of highly complex international cash management projects at large caps or a comparable task Experience in dealing with virtual intercultural teams or several years of management experience desirable Strong team-player skills with high social competence and sensitivity Confident appearance Very good understanding of cash management products combined with strong project management skills Experience in dealing with European clearing systems and payment mechanisms (SEPA, Non SEPA) and their future development prospects Strong IT affinity also in dealing with Microsoft Office incl. MS Project and PowerPoint Experience in connecting H2H/SWIFT for Corporates solution and dealing with technical protocols, certificates and formats Good organisational skills combined with a keen eye for detail Very good knowledge of German, English and either Chinese, Japanese or Korean (written and spoken) Our values define the working environment we strive to create – diverse, supportive and welcoming of different views.
