Job Description: Job Title Strategic Development Analyst Location London Corporate Title AVP The Growth Catalyst Office Strategic Development Analyst utilises a broad skillset to deliver change on a range of different types of initiatives. The team is responsible for delivering high-profile initiatives, such as increasing revenues and client engagement via cross collaboration and optimized focus between divisions through dbRefer and GMC (Group Management Committee) led CST (Client Service Team) clients amongst others. You may perform one of the following roles; (i) stream-lead role on a programme, (ii) leading a stand-alone project, or (iii) being in charge of a key piece of work. You will work within CB / IB Ops. Joining this team will give you the opportunity to be at the heart of the Bank’s strategic focus, driving improvements front to back, building relationships with key stakeholders and delivering tangible value. You can expect: Competitive salary and non-contributory pension 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase additional days Life Assurance and Private Healthcare for you and your family A range of flexible benefits including Retail Discounts, a Bike4Work scheme and Gym benefits The opportunity to support a wide ranging CSR programme + 2 days’ volunteering leave per year Your key responsibilities Participate in and contribute to workstreams within a larger programme ensuring that analyses are performed, shaped in appropriate management information and presented to the relevant governance bodies and committees Ensure other team members are cognizant of relevant project deliverables and dependencies Ensuring the documentation and tracking of programme/project relevant (inter-) dependencies, risks, issues, actions for mitigations and other related artefacts Contribute to the appropriate programme steering group, providing status reporting and transparency on risks, issues and dependencies, as well as making recommendations Your skills and experience Experience across multiple disciplines of change within the Financial Services industry e.g. project management, process improvement, and change adoption and testing.
