We're seeking Data Capture Clerk - 12 Months Contract - Waterfront (Cape Town). To obtain, capture or process data within lid down policies, proceduresand systems in order to satisfy clients and bank requirements to achieve departmental objectives and targets. MUST be currently living in Cape Town!!!Must have a CLEAR credit and criminal record!!!Only applicants that meet the minimum requirements will be considered!!! Duties & ResponsibilitiesMinimise financial loss by verifying if the client had adequate funds before processing their request.Minimise finacial loss due to negligence by checking the accuracy of the request before and after processing their requestEnsure compliance with bank policies and industry regulations in order to minimise opportunities for threat of lossEnsure bank charges have been debited for once-off requests by capturing mmanually on the system that is being usedMeet standards for quality by adhering to the SLA and turn around timesBuild client trust by resoving queries timeously,communicating SLA deviations and suggesting resolutionsBuild and maitain internal and external relationships with clients by educating and guiding clients of the requesting process systemProvide monthly workflow updates by preparing and submitting daily and monthly statistics reports to the team leader.Mitigate risk of frauds by verifying clients details with records on the banking platform Capture the name of the client, date and time , sign and stamp in accordance with the bank process to approve the requestupdate the receiving fileDesired Experience & QualificationMatric/ Grade 12 / national Senior Certificate2+ Years Data Capturing experience preferably in a banking environmentAdmnistrative procedures and policiesBusiness writtingData AnalysisRelevant regulatory knowledge Package & RemunerationSalary: Market Related Contract: 12 Months Location: Waterfront (Cape Town)MUST be currently living in Cape Town!!!Must have a CLEAR credit and criminal record!!!Only applicants that meet the minimum requirements will be considered!!!
