About the Team At Workday, we employ the latest technologies to support the processing of billions of monthly transactions for the world's largest enterprises! The Chaos Engineering team is looking for the best candidates to help organize and drive chaos engineering experiments in order to improve the resiliency and scalability of Workday’s leading enterprise management cloud. About the Role The position within the Chaos Engineering team is ideally suited to candidates from a test engineering background who possess a deep curiosity about software quality and systems resiliency. As a QA engineer your focus will be to develop, implement and interpret the outcome from the teams experiments. You will also work closely with other specialists on the team to further improve our tooling and automation resources. The team has a clear charter focusing on applying the Principles of CE in order to identify service resiliency issues, failure patterns and outages before they impact Production systems. About You Basic Qualifications Bachelors Degree or 3+ years in Software Quality Engineering, Test Automation or Development.
